Question: How will you deal with feedback and criticism?

I like to consider it first for dealing with feedback and criticism, because that criticism may be of some good use to me. Although in the beginning I used to get angry at the critics, but now I do not forgive if my mind is right. And if told right, many people come to impart knowledge without any problem, which I can never see through the eyes of reaction and criticism. However, many people pin my mistake and point out which I am thankful for.
