Chukka kura is a leaf of plant which similar to the palak. In English chukka kura mean is green sorrel. It is totally fulfill with vitamins minerals protein and lots of fibres it is a low calorie food so most of the dietician suggest green sorrel spinach. it is also source of vitamin C because it is in sour in taste. And it contain magnesium, calcium ,potassium and beta carotene and anthocyanin so it is very useful for the human beings. It is useful in skin related disease and it's improve blood circulation etc.
