Question: Do at least one physical activity every day?
Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory cardiovascular health and overall health. Walking, dancing, swimming, water aerobics , jogging and running, aerobic exercise classes, Bicycle riding, some gardening activities such as raking and pushing a lawn mower.
