Nepal's new constitution was implemented on September 20, 2015. The new constitution is drafted by the second Constituent Assembly after the first Constituent Assembly failed to produce a constitution in the required period. Currently Nepal has been declared a secular nation, before Nepal was the only Hindu country in the world.
