Question: What do you mean by capacitive reactance?
Capacitive reactance is a measure of a capacitor's opposition to the flow of alternating current. It is the imaginary quantity that determines the phase shift between voltage and current in a capacitive network. It is equal to the ratio of pressure difference of an alternating current to the current flowing through the capacitor and is measured in ohms.
