One day, I went to the beach with my friends and we were shocked by what we saw. There was so much plastic waste on the sand and in the water. Bottles, bags, straws, cups, wrappers, you name it. It was disgusting and heartbreaking. How could people be so careless and irresponsible? We decided to do something about it. We grabbed some trash bags and gloves and started picking up the plastic waste. We also encouraged other beachgoers to join us. We felt good about doing our part to protect the environment and the marine life. We also learned a valuable lesson: reduce, reuse, and recycle!
