Question: Describe a time when you missed a deadline or personal commitment. how did that make you feel?
A time when I missed a deadline was when I had to submit a report for my boss by Friday afternoon. I had been working on it for a week, but I underestimated how much time it would take to finish it. On Friday morning, I realized that I still had a lot of work to do, and I started to panic. I tried to work as fast as I could, but I couldn't complete it by the deadline. I had to email my boss and apologize for the delay, and ask for an extension until Monday. He was not happy with me, and he told me that this would affect my performance evaluation. I felt ashamed, guilty, and stressed. I knew that I had let him down, and that I had damaged my reputation. I also felt frustrated with myself, because I knew that I could have done better if I had planned ahead and managed my time more effectively.
